Developed a RAG pipeline for generating official replies. Fine-tuned an LLM with LoRA on a corpus of 12,000 request–response pairs to adapt it to the municipality’s writing style.

Implemented a service that clustered similar requests such as utility failures, housing maintenance, and road issues, reducing processing time for high-volume incidents by a factor of four.

Integrated request collection from website comments, Max, and email. Introduced BI dashboards for evaluating contractor reputation based on request statistics.

Built and led a team of 9 people—4 backend developers, 2 frontend developers, 2 QA engineers, and an analyst—while developing an employee grading system. Took the project from stagnation to launch in 9 months. Established Definition of Done and Definition of Ready, regular Scrum ceremonies, code review, and sprint demos.

Designed the architecture of 7 Go services. Implemented event-driven analytics with ClickHouse and RabbitMQ. Developed a proof of concept for generating competency matrices from text prompts with an LLM.

Developed an AI RAG chatbot in Go for civil servants in Kazakhstan. Wrote preprocessing, retrieval, and generation procedures for summarization, contradiction and missing-information detection, and verification against regulations.

Developed the Go backend of an AI RAG chatbot for a financial broker’s mobile app. Implemented investment product selection by risk level, term, currency, and other parameters.

Developed a web app that turned meeting recordings into tasks: it extracted discussed work from daily meeting recordings, displayed it in a UI, and created Jira tickets with one click.

Led a frontend team of 5 within a product team of approximately 60 people and hired 3 developers. Redesigned the development process to stop burnout: improved communication between business and engineering, introduced code review and one-on-one meetings, and reduced overtime by 81%.

Developed a NestJS release management service that automatically checked the release readiness of 11 services, verified branches, matched commits with Jira issues, launched production deployments through GitLab CI in one click, and checked health endpoints after deployment. Designed its frontend.
